Turing School of Software and Design: Application Process

January 7, 2019

On the Turing School of Software and Design website, I applied to “Front End Engineering.”

There are three parts to the application:

  • basic contact info
  • work history
  • problem-solving test

I’ll spend the next few weeks researching Turing, practicing LSAT logic games, and going through freeCodeCamp curriculum. Beginning the week of 1/13/19, there’ll be a Discrete Mathematics class and an Intro to HTML/CSS/Javascript class that both last until mid-May.

I was accepted to the Turing School of Software and Design. There’s a lot to prepare for, and since my classes end in May, I’ll be spending a lot of time each day practicing HTML/CSS/JS, reading texts, watching videos, and of course, doing classwork.
